PathProperties group

The PathProperties group is used to assign a set of specific scheduling parameters to a group of paths. This group ignores the stations and areas inside. Currently, the only supported scheduling parameter is in planStep. The priority of the parameters in PathProperties is higher than those in the parameter configuration.
