1. Scope of Application
This document explains how to configure DMX512 light tape.
The IC options for the lamp belt are:
SM16512
SM17512
TM512AC
SM18512 (SRC2000 firmware version must be higher than 2.1.36, SRC800 rbk version must be higher than 3.3.5.74)
The ICs of other lamp belts have not been tested and are not recommended.
Two, connection of wiring harness
2.1 Replacing the atmosphere lamp Connector with TE DT06-4S

Three, Configuration of Atmosphere Lamp Parameters (Various Uses)
3.1 Old Model File Mode
When checking the model file, make sure to inspect the LED
.
3.2 New Model File Mode
The led
is disabled by default, as found in the model file.
Four, Model Configuration
Click on the LED
option. In the properties window located on the right-hand side, adjust the parameters. Brand
is the parameter, and it should be set to WST-SM16512PS-DMX512
. Select the "Enable Standby" option.

V. Testing

2. You can modify the model file directly to control the lamp belt's emission of corresponding colored light through the RGB
parameter. You can refer to an online RGB
color table for color verification.
Six, left and right turn signal indicators
When cutting the strip, please be careful not to disrupt the order of each segment in the original strip. Each segment of the strip has a corresponding address!

Seven Frequently Asked Questions
Error alert: Red blinking
Emergency stop: Dark red flashing
Blocked: Pink-purple running light
In motion: Blue blinking
Charging: Orange blinking
Battery level below 20% (configurable): Dark red running lights with accompanying buzzer sound
Static state: Display power level, gradient from green (100%) to dark red (20%)
Battery type not configured (or battery communication error) and robot stationary: Rainbow light band
The above sequence represents the priority of the atmosphere lamp display. This means that the error alarm takes precedence over the emergency stop display. Once the high priority conditions are met, the corresponding strip effect is displayed, and the low priority conditions are no longer considered. The interval for each update is approximately 300ms
