Zebra printer prints QR code instructions

1. Overview
PGV identifies and reads the PGV QR code to determine the current location.
1.1 Classification of PGV Two-dimensional code
Two-dimensional code for navigation: The robot is not equipped with navigation laser, and PGV recognizes two-dimensional code navigation on the ground.
Two-dimensional code for secondary positioning: The robot has been configured with navigation laser, and PGV recognizes two-dimensional code on the ground (or at the bottom of the rack) to achieve precise positioning.
1.2 Recommended PGV Models
Pepperl + Fu PGV100RF200-F200-R4-1
2. Generate a QR code
Tool: Roboshop Pro, V2.3.1.8 or later
1. Open Roboshop Pro homepage and select QR Code Tool under "Others".

2. On the QR Code Tool page, select PGV QR Code. To generate two-dimensional code according to actual demand, 00 000 000+ (DM12) is recommended.
Number of QR code: Number range [2~5],2 generates 22 QR code (Figure 1), 4 generates44 QR code (Figure 2).
Start number: Usually starting from 1.
End Number: Enter this parameter as required.
Note: The PGV QR code numbered 1-9999999 can be generated.

3. Click the "Generate" button above to save the generated two-dimensional code file in the desired path.

3. Print the QR code
Printer: ZEBRA ZT410 300dpi
Printer paper: WE PET 9090
Carbon Belt: RICOH 100
300
1. Install the printer paper and carbon tape according to the following figure.

2. After the installation, connect the power supply and turn on the switch, as shown in the following figure.

Note: Carbon tape and printer paper need to clamp, otherwise printer prompt task pause.
3.2 Installing the Print Driver
Pre-work: Connect the printer to the computer with USB cable and network cable (both are indispensable).
zebra7.3.4.zipDecompress the folder and install it by following the steps.
3.3 Printing Two-dimensional Code
Using the.pdf QR code generated in Step 2, open WPS and print as shown in the following figure

Note: The proportion in Step 5 is an empirical value. In actual use, it is necessary to print the first two-dimensional code before printing others for actual confirmation;
