How to Upgrade the Robot Program

1. To upgrade or backup, open the Roboshop Home Page, click on Robot Advanced Configuration Function, and then drag the upgrade package sent by the fairy worker into the box or click Load file to upgrade.

2. If the robot's version is too low, there won't be an upgrade/backup option in the advanced configuration. In this case, you'll need to enter the robot's IP address on the webpage to access the Seer level 3 page. From there, click on the system upgrade option on the left, select the upgrade package, and click Upload to complete the upgrade.
