Before debugging, please carefully read the PGV QR code.
1. Scope of Application
This document aims to provide guidance on Double Plus Fortune
and PGV
. This section describes the process of configuring the ontology.
Second, Debugging Resources
PGV
Configuration is required. Double plus fortune
For software debugging, you can download it through the link below or directly download the attachment. After downloading, install it.

3. Electrical Connection of PGV Equipment
The models presented in this chapter are as follows: PGV100R-F200-R4
. The equipment's appearance is depicted in the image below: PGV
.
PGV100R-F200-R4
should be written as:PGV100R-F200-R4
2.1 PGV
is defined as follows: brown-24V, white-GND, pink-485A, and gray-485B, as shown in the figure:
2.2 Connecting Cables
Connect the PGV
, 485A
, and 485B
cables to the SRC2000
and the T23
according to the corresponding connections on harness [4] for 485 communication
3A and [3] for 485 communication
3B.
Note: Due to the replacement of the 485 chip, uart1
and uart2
are unable to receive data from the Plus-Plus PGV. V4 SRC800 can only use PGV
to receive data on uart0
. Serial ports of other hardware versions can be used normally.
2.3 The upper computer and debugging driver required for debugging can be downloaded from the four appendices and installed after downloading;
4. Method for Configuring PGV
- Connect the device to the computer using a
485 to USB
converter. Restart thePGV
device. Select the corresponding device as shown in the following figure, and click the [OK] button to add thePGV
device. Note that the baud rate should be adjusted to 115200 and the address should be set to Address0, as shown in FIG. 3.1a and 3.1b.

Once the debugging software has successfully read the relevant parameters of the
PGV
device for debugging, the Image View page will be displayed. -
The
PGV
device should be oriented upwards. Modify the [RS-485 head address] to 1 and turn off [Bus termination]. Finally, click [Save settings] to save the modified parameters.
PGV
indicates that the device should be oriented with a downward view. To modify the [RS-485 head address] to 0 and turn off [Bus termination], click [Save settings] to save the updated parameters.
- The Position View window is shown.
Change the [Resolution X] parameter to 0.1mm, the [Resolution Y] parameter to 0.1mm, and the [Resolution angle] parameter to 0.1°. Finally, click the [Save settings] button to save the updated parameters.
- Once all parameters have been modified, restart the device by selecting
PGV
.

7.1 Procedure for Restoring the PGV to Factory Settings
-
Power on the read head
PGV100R
again. When it is 100mm away, the Activate QR code will be read and the power indicator will blink red. -
Read the QR code for "user" and if successful, the power light will turn green for 1 second and then turn off. The flashing frequency of the front flash of the reading head will decrease, indicating that the parameter setting mode has been turned on.
-
If the QR code for "default" is read successfully, the power light will turn green for 1 second and then turn off. The blinking frequency of the front flash of the reading head will be restored and the power light will blink red, indicating that the default parameter setting has been successful and the parameter setting mode has been exited.
-
Repeatedly read the QR codes for "Activate" and "user" to re-enter the parameter setting mode. Remember not to power off during this step.
-
If the QR code for "store" is read successfully, the power light will turn green for 1 second and then turn off. The blinking frequency of the front flash of the reading head will be restored and the power light will blink red, indicating that the parameters have been saved successfully and the parameter setting mode has been exited.
