Create an Account

Firstly, the work order system is only available for Xiangong Intelligent Transaction customers. Therefore, current account registration is only possible through Xiangong Intelligent and there are no external registration channels available.
Secondly, to register an account, the following information must be provided to Fairy Intelligent personnel or sent through the human service dialogue. Notification will be sent once the account has been created.
(1) Full name of the individual. Due to the high volume of daily contacts, it is important to provide the real name.
(2) Contact phone number. Telephone communication may be necessary and SMS notifications will be sent to update on work order processing progress. If the customer does not respond to the artificial message in a timely manner, Sengong Intelligence can send text message reminders to prompt a response.
(3) Email address. In special cases, attachments may need to be sent through email for file transmission or email reminders may be sent to check work order messages.
(4) Full name of the company to facilitate timely connection with relevant information.
Once the account is created, login can be done using either the email or mobile phone number. The default password for account creation is 123456.
