How to extract robot logs

1. Open the Roboshop software and navigate to the home page. Then, click on Advanced Configuration in the upper right corner, followed by Robot File, and finally, one-click download log.

2. Select the corresponding log based on the time when the problem occurred. Do not select to only download the log.

How to Extract Scheduling Server Logs

RDS Scheduling System

1. Go to the Roboshop homepage and navigate to the scheduling system. Click on Advanced Configuration in the upper right corner, then select Robot File and finally click on one-click Download log.

2. Choose the corresponding log based on the time when the problem occurred. Do not select only to download the log.

SRD Scheduling System

1. Navigate to the SRD website and locate the "log files" section in the left-hand menu.

2. If you are using an earlier version of the SRD scheduling system, the "log files" option may not be available in the left-hand menu. In this case, you will need to remotely access the server to obtain the logs.
The log directory can be found in the scheduling installation directory at /SRD-K/bin/logs. Select the logs for the desired day.
