Specification for one dimension code of the tank

1. Brief Introduction
The one-dimensional code on containers is mainly used for numbering, making it easier to track the type and quantity of goods. To ensure the robot can function properly and complete its tasks, it is necessary to specify the requirements for using one-dimensional codes on material tanks.
2. Technical Requirements
2.1 Coding Requirements
1) Only Code 128 is currently supported (ISO/IEC 15417:2007)
l Code 128-A (including uppercase letters, numbers, and control characters)
l Code 128-B (including upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and control characters)
l Code 128-C (pure numbers, even number length)
2) Code bits
l Code 128-A/Code 128-B: ≤ 20 bits
l Code 128-C: ≤ 40 bits
2.2 Size Requirements

1) Narrow strip width of the bar code: 0.5mm
2) Ratio of narrow and wide bars in the bar code: 1:2.5
3) Width of left and right blank areas: 7.5mm
4) Height of upper and lower blank areas: 5mm
5) Font for ASCII string: Siyuan boldface, centered
6) Length of barcode symbol area (L_symbol): ≤150mm (determined by code type, narrow strip width, code length, and blank area size)
7) Height of bar code: 35mm
8) Height of ASCII string area: 10mm (ASCII string and encoding must be consistent)

2.3 Printing Requirements
1) Printing accuracy: ≥300 DPI
2) The string size must be clearly visible
3) No specular reflection on the surface
2.4 Labeling Requirements

1) Effective identification area: 150×100mm (above QR code), as shown in the figure above.
2) The bar code must be pasted within the valid identification zone and must not exceed the scope of the identification zone (default pasted above the two-dimensional code, with a distance of 10mm, and the bar code centered horizontally).
3) Bar code pasting accuracy requirements:
a) Angle deviation: < ±5°
b) Horizontal position deviation: < ±10mm
