Acquiring Robot Machine Code

Firstly, prior to activating the advanced functions of the robot, it is necessary to obtain the robot ID and machine code. Navigate to the Roboshop home page -> Click on Advanced Features -> Click on Version Information.


Send the ID and machine code of the robot to the fairy worker for activation.

Enhanced Functionality

Activate Online

Firstly, upon receiving confirmation that the fairy workers have been activated, if the robot's network connection can be established with the external network, you may proceed to click on the online activation button. This will initiate the download of the activation file and automatic activation process.

Offline activation

Firstly, if the robot is unable to connect to the external network, you should contact the support team to obtain the activation file. Then, select the activation file and click on "offline activation" to activate the advanced features of the robot.

How to activate the lower version program

Firstly, the lower version robot program opens the advanced configuration in Roboshop, where there is no version information column. To activate advanced functions, you must enter the robot's IP address on the webpage and access theSeer Level 3 page. Click on the version information in the left menu bar, then click on Activate Robokit and select the activation file to activate advanced functions.
